Real-time appointment scheduling

The proposal of optimized appointment slots in real time is intended to enable the sales representative to react ever more quickly and efficiently to a customer's request and to perfect his prospecting strategy.

In addition to a fully responsive interface guaranteeing optimal use in the field from the mobile app, the real-time appointment scheduling functionality has been enhanced to allow the user to :

  • Manually modify the value of the fields to be taken into account in the optimization (for example, increase the default visit duration planned for this customer) ;
  • Easily display the details of the proposed slots and the day's agenda;
  • Identify at a glance the occupancy level of the agenda on the proposed days (green: no or few existing appointments, orange: a few appointments during the day, red: already busy day).


These improvements help the user to select in a more informed and judicious way the ideal niche to propose to his customer.

AUTOMATIC REPORTS

Version : Optim

To ensure optimal operational monitoring and improve performance analysis, all Opti-Time for Salesforce users now have access to two analysis reports by default:

  • A visit statistics report with a follow-up of the main performance indicators (number of appointments made, average visit duration, kilometers traveled, etc.);
  • A report linked to the history of event statuses, which enables the comparison of planned events with those actually carried out and thus enables informed decisions to be made to better manage future activity (redefining objectives and frequency of visits, for example).


These reports are customizable and can be enriched with other indicators selected by the user. They provide long-term storage for data analysis in CRM and can be shared with other Salesforce users.

Opti-Time for Salesforce includes a guidance application built on Walkme technology from the previous version. Composed of animated tutorials that guide the user step by step through the application in order to complete his tasks, this application is enriched with new guides in this new version.
