The application provides comprehensive optimization of sales staff and technical service call schedules, from making the appointment to optimizing movements on the ground.

The full range of geographical optimization features in a single Salesforce application:

Location of customer files
Opti-Time for Salesforce's geocoding feature geo-locates your customers and accounts with impeccable accuracy.
Client locations are displayed on an interactive map: featuring different map scales, satellite view, real-time display of traffic and public transport networks, and manual repositioning of the contact.
Search around function
Opti-Time for Salesforce displays all customers located a certain distance from the reference point (home, branch, logistics centre). This distance is configurable.
It enables you to select the customers to be visited during the route.

Route optimization
The route is optimized: the sequencing of the calls to be made proposed ensures shortest distances are travelled and least time is spent on the road. The tour is displayed on an interactive map.
The distance and duration of the journey between each site are calculated automatically.

Integration with schedules
The route calculations are automatically recorded in the mobile resources' calendars.
The detail of each task can be displayed: customer name, task to be accomplished, mapped location …
Business Intelligence
Opti-Time for Salesforce supports your activity by generating a large quantity of analytical data:
- Statistics on mobile resources: distance from the most profitable customers, idle time, distance covered…
- Planning statistics: discrepancies between forecast and actual, number of rearranged and cancelled appointments, number of visits made…
These data are invaluable as an information resource and can be used to create reports directly within Salesforce.
