My data don’t display on the map.
Do you have an activation key?
The objects in the map (accounts, contacts, leads, etc.) will only display in the map once they have been geocoded.
To find out how to geocode your map objects, consult the following items in the Help menu of Opti-Time for Salesforce:
- Geolocate/Geocode the address of an account or a contact > Accounts/Contacts tabs
- Geocode several accounts or contacts > Accounts/Contacts tabs
